This case concerns an order by the trial court to modify the defendant’s alimony and support obligation by temporarily reducing the amount of immediate payment and accumulating the arrearage for payment at a future date.
On June 7, 1977, the marriage of the parties was dissolved. The court incorporated the parties’ sepa ration agreement dated May 3, 1977, into the final judgment and ordered the defendant to pay to the plaintiff, pursuant to the agreement, the sum of $1500 per month as alimony and child support.
