OPINION OF THE COURT

The defendant, Nelson Rotger, is charged with two counts of *460operating a motor vehicle under the influence of alcohol (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 1192 [2], [3]) and aggravated unlicensed operation of a motor vehicle (Vehicle and Traffic Law § 511 [1]). A breathalyzer hearing was ordered and held on January 18, 1994, January 20, 1994 and February 25, 1994. Two witnesses, Police Officer Felix Vazquez and Auxiliary Police Officer Arnaldo Colon, Jr., testified for the People. The defendant called no witnesses.
