Abdou-Malik Yacoubou Adam (“Yacoub*626ou”),1 the self-represented plaintiff, filed suit against Wells Fargo Bank, N.A. (“Wells Fargo”), defendant.2 In his Complaint (ECF 2), plaintiff set forth five claims arising from Wells Fargo’s servicing of a mortgage on real property owned by Mr. Yacoubou, located at 3805 Mayberry Avenue in Baltimore, Maryland (the “Property”), and sought $2 million in “compensatory damages.” On July 28, 2010, 2010 WL 3001160, Judge J.
