RIEDERER, Judge.
At a hearing on a motion under Supreme Court Rule 29.15, Jeffrey Samuels, the Appellant, while testifying in support of his allegation of ineffective assistance of counsel, admitted incriminating details of the underlying charged offense. In a subsequent retrial, the trial court admitted the incriminating testimony on the ultimate issue of the defendant’s guilt. Appellant was convicted at the second trial.
