—In an action, inter alia, for a judgment declaring that the defendants are required to defend and indemnify the plaintiff with respect to an underlying personal injury action entitled Ramirez v *54711194 Owners Corp., in the Supreme Court, Kings County, under Index No. 17665/94, the defendants appeal from an order of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Clemente, J.), dated May 11, 2001, which granted the plaintiffs motion for summary judgment and denied their cross motion for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
