Appeal, by permission, from a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term, entered December 14, 1979 in Greene County, which granted petitioner’s application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to annul a determination of the State Liquor Authority disapproving petitioner’s application for a license to sell wines and liquors, and remanded the license application to the State Liquor Authority for further consideration.
