Augustus T. Brownless et al. were the owners of a house and lot in the city of Akron, which property was supplied with water the same as residences generally are, only perhaps in a more limited way than many of them, and the property caught fire and burned down, and they brought this action against the Akron Water Works Company, and ásk to be compensated for the building, claiming that the Water Works Company failed to have a supply of water at the time of the fire, and that while they attempted to use a hydrant that was in the yard, such a hydrant as was used for law-n sprinkling…
