From the averments in the bill and from the testimony taken upon the motion to continue the injunction, it appeared that plaintiff’s husband was accidentally killed on a public highway as a result of a collision between an automobile driven by him and a public passenger bus. Immediately after the accident, a deputy coroner viewed the body, decided that death was accidental, and gave a certificate to that effect.
