I. Introduction
The Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives (“ATF”) moves for reconsideration of this court’s order of April 1, 2005, which affirmed the Magistrate Judge’s order of February 22, 2005, interpreting and affirming her earlier grant of discovery on May 19, 2004.
