BACKGROUND

Plaintiffs bring this action against defendant Lockheed Martin Corporation (“Lockheed”) under the Comprehensive Environmental Response Compensation and Liability Act (“CERCLA”). Plaintiffs assert related state law claims for negligence, negligence per se, absolute liability for ultrahazardous activity, trespass, private nuisance, and public nuisance.
