ROOT, Judge:

At a special court-martial bench trial, appellant was convicted in accordance with his pleas of disobeying a lawful order, in violation of Article 92, UCMJ, 10 U.S.C. § 892, and assault upon a person in the execution of police duties, in violation of Article 128, UCMJ. He was sentenced to a bad conduct discharge, confinement at hard labor for 2 months, forfeiture of $250.00 pay per month for 2 months, and reduction to E-3.
