OPINION

{¶ 1} Defendant-appellant, Kimberly Hoover-Moore, appeals from a judgment of the Franklin County Court of Common Pleas denying her petition for post-conviction relief. For the following reasons, we affirm that judgment.

{¶ 2} In 2003, a jury convicted appellant of murder, felonious assault, involuntary manslaughter, and two counts of endangering children. Appellant's convictions arose from the death of S.B., a nine-month old baby girl who died from injuries caused by violent shaking. Appellant provided daycare for S.B. in her home.
