This is an appeal from an order and judgment setting aside the sale of certain real estate, made by the sheriff of the city of St. Louis under an execution issued against Lillian Sanders as owner of the property, upon a judgment for delinquent taxes. The judgment rendered June 1, 1923, was for $729.99 and costs. Afterward, execution issued thereon, returnable to the December term, 1926. After due advertisement the sale of the property was made on October 25, 1926. William J.
