This adversary proceeding came before the court on the defendant’s motion to dis miss the complaint by the debtor-plaintiff seeking an order barring the defendant from seeking relief against the nondebtor officers and shareholders of the debtor corporation on their personal guarantees of certain debts of the debtor corporation.
