This is an action in tort wherein Kinzy Robertson seeks to recover damages for repairs to his automobile, loss of his wife’s income, and medical expenses incurred in the treatment of his wife; and his wife, Mary Lee Robertson, seeks to recover damages for personal injuries resulting from a collision between a 1962 Comet, owned and driven by Robertson, and a 1968 Plymouth, owned and driven by defendant Harvey B.
