OPINION BY LAZARUS, J.:

Zachary T. Wilson appeals from the judgment of sentence entered in the Court of Common Pleas of Philadelphia County after a jury convicted him of first-degree murder 1 and possession of an instrument of crime (PIC). 2 Upon careful review, we affirm.

This case arises out of the 1978 murder of Wilson's adopted brother, Ronnie Williams, also known as "Jock." 3 Wilson believed that the victim in this case, Jamie Lamb, was responsible for Williams' death and, according to a witness named Michael Patterson, vowed that he would "get with Jamie," regardless of how long it took.…
