SETH, Circuit Judge.

The appellant commenced this action fey filing a complaint for declaratory judgment against the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company and Edwin T. Den-ton. The complaint recites that the ap--pellant and Edwin T. Denton had been husband and wife for a long period of time and had accumulated community property consisting of both personalty and real estate. The complaint also recites that the Fireman’s Fund Insurance Company had obtained a judgment against Edwin T.
