DORE, Judge.

This is an appeal from a judgment in favor of plaintiff and against the defendants to the amount of $4,240, for injuries caused to the plaintiff as the result of an automobile accident.

Beverly, one of the defendants, was driving his own car, being at the time in the scope of his duties as a traveling salesman for the other defendant, Colgate-Palm Olive-Peete Company; the car was a Plymouth sedan, bought three months previous to the accident.
