Before the court are the preliminary objections filed by the defendants, Diocese of Altoona-Johnstown, Bishop Joseph V. Adamec, Bishop James Hogan, and Benedictine Society a/k/a Benedictine Society of Westmoreland County a/k/a St. Vincent Archabbey (the Diocesan defendants), and the defendants, Father Alvin T. Downey, Father Athanasius Cherry, and Father Andrew Campbell (the individual defendants).
