*1219Petitioner sought arbitration of the disciplinary charge pursuant to the applicable collective bargaining agreement. On the first day of the arbitration hearing, the parties agreed that petitioner would return to work, that air filters would be placed in the computer room, and that DOCS would assign an occupational health and safety specialist to conduct an environmental quality survey of the areas where she worked.3 However, on the day of her return, petitioner allegedly became ill in the computer room, left the room, and was again suspended.
