Pursuant to a sua sponte Order, a criminal and civil contempt hearing concerning Attorney Latrice Westbrooks (“West-brooks”) was held in Natchez, Mississippi, on August 26, 2009. Having carefully considered the witnesses’ testimonies and the evidence presented in light of all applicable law, the Court finds and orders as follows:
