Your request for an Attorney General's Opinion has been assigned to me for research and reply. You have asked for our opinion on matters related to a certain solid waste removal contract executed by and between BFI Waste Services, LLC, d/b/a Allied Waste Services of Acadiana ("Allied Waste") and the Lafayette City-Parish Consolidated Government ("LCG").
