OPINION OF THE COURT

2Per curiam

In this proceeding, the respondent was charged with 17 al*154legations of professional misconduct. The Special Referee sustained seven of the 17 charges. The petitioner has moved to confirm in part and disaffirm in part the report of the Special Referee. The respondent cross-moved to confirm in part and disaffirm in part the findings of the Special Referee or, alternatively, for an order dismissing all charges against the respondent.
