Appellant Jonathan Andrew Hart was convicted of felony murder predicated on aggravated assault and possession of a firearm during the commission of a felony in connection with the shooting death of his wife, Stephanie Hart. On appeal, Appellant contends that the State failed to prove beyond a reasonable doubt that his actions were not legally excused because the shooting was accidental.
