OPINION OF THE COURT
GARTH, Circuit Judge:
This appeal arises from a district court’s order which found appellant Vistron Corporation (Vistron) in civil contempt. The civil contempt order resulted from the district *250court’s determination that Vistron had violated an earlier order of the court which had required Vistron to specifically perform its contract with appellee Thermice Corporation (Thermice). We affirm.
