Appellant seeks reversal of a final order of the Florida Board of Medicine (Board), suspending his license to practice medicine for a period of six months, placing him on probation for three years, and prohibiting him from performing certain medical procedures for a period of three years unless under the supervision of another board approved plastic surgeon.
