SEITZ, Circuit Judge.

Plaintiffs Herbert McGlinchey and Catherine McGlinchey appeal from the district court’s entry of judgment in favor of defendant Liberty Mutual Insurance Company (“Liberty”), 692 F.Supp. 564. In addition, plaintiffs appeal from the district court’s order denying their motion to remand this case to the state court from which it was removed, 666 F.Supp. 70. We have jurisdiction as this is an appeal from a final judgment. 28 U.S.C. § 1291.
