MEMORANDUM-DECISION & ORDER

KAHN, District Judge.

On March 25, 1997 appellant filed a notice of appeal from an order entered in the United States Bankruptcy Court for the Northern District of New York in Utica, New York on March 20, 1997. That order dismissed the appellant’s complaint following a trial in an adversary proceeding in the above Chapter 7 proceeding in which the appellant objected to the debtor’s discharge under § 727(a) of the Bankruptcy Code.
