This writ of error is prosecuted by William R. Oswald, defendant, who was convicted of burglary after a jury trial in the criminal court of Cook County and sentenced to the penitentiary for a term of three to six years. As grounds for reversal he contends that his guilt was not proved beyond a reasonable doubt and that a certain exhibit was improperly admitted into evidence.
