Appeal from Barbour Chancery Court. Heard before Hon. O. S. Lewis. The town of Clio sought an injunction to restrain an ejectment action brought against them by Mrs. A. T. Lee and the court granted a temporary injunction and later dissolved it and the town of Clio appealed.

— This is an appeal from the decree of the chancery court dissolving a temporary injunction by which had been .restrained an action of ejectment brought by appellee against appellant.
