Appeal by the defendant from a judgment of the Supreme Court, Kings County (Garry, J.), rendered March 30, 1987, convicting him of grand larceny in the third degree, upon a jury verdict, and imposing sentence.
Ordered that the judgment is affirmed.
Upon review of the Grand Jury synopsis sheet and Early Case Assessment Bureau data sheet we find that the trial court did not err in denying the defendant’s request that the People turn these documents over to him.
