The Kansas Department of Revenue (KDOR) appeals the district court's decision reversing the administrative suspension of Brenda Rosendahl's driving privileges and finding the statutorily required $50 fee for an administrative hearing to challenge the suspension *349of driving privileges is unconstitutional. We reverse the district court's reversal of Rosendahl's suspension and reinstate the suspension. We affirm the district court's finding that the $50 hearing fee is unconstitutional for the reasons stated in Creecy v. Kansas Dept. of Revenue…
