The defendant, Charles Junior Moore, was charged by an information filed in the district court of Oklahoma county with the crime of murder of one Delmar Louis Dodson oñ May 20, 1951; was tried, found guilty of manslaughter in the first degree by verdict of the jury, who left the punishment to be fixed by the court. Thereafter, the defendant was sentenced to serve 15 years in the State Penitentiary, and has appealed.
