Coats appeals from a decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services (“the Secretary”) denying her disability insurance and disabled widow’s insurance benefits on the ground that the Administrative Law Judge (“ALJ”) acting for the Secretary did not articulate clear and convincing reasons (if indeed any he
