OPINION

This is a law appeal from the judgment of the Common Pleas Court in which it sustained the action of the Board of Liquor Control in sus*11pending permittee’s license for a period of fourteen days for violation of the provisions of the Liquor Control Act. The Common Pleas Court found “that the order of the Board of Liquor Control is supported by reliable, probative and substantial evidence and is in accordance with law.”
