This is an action under the adult child’s insurance provision, § 202(d), of the Social Security Act, as amended, 42 U.S.C. 402(d), to review the final decision of the defendant Secretary of Health, Education and Welfare 1 who affirmed the decision of the administrative law judge (AU) that claimant Joel H. Axe was not continuously disabled from age 22 until the time he filed his application for benefits, that he could and did engage in substantial gainful employment from May, 1964 until January, 1973, and that, consequently, he was not statutorily…
