¶ 1 Appellant, Pinnacle Health Hospital, appeals from the trial court’s May 13, 2004 order. 1 We reverse and remand.

¶2 The trial court found the following facts:

This case involves allegations of professional negligence by Plaintiff Verna Dodson against Defendant Doctor Joanna DeLeo. Plaintiff has alleged that Defendant Doctor’s performance of a vertical banded gastroplasty on April 16, 2001, and the subsequent post-operative care, fell below the standard of care for a reasonable physician.
