The record in this case discloses the fact that Mathew B. Peters, while a resident of the State of New York had a wife *244whose name was Thalia Peters, and that they had, as the offspring of their marriage, three minor children. Mrs. *Thalia Peters, for some cause that does not appear, brought her action for divorce, in the proper Court, in the State of New York, and, by the judgment of the Court, a total divorce was granted -and the Court decreed that the said Mathew B. Peters pay to the said Thalia ten dollars per week, to be paid weekly in…
