LEWIS, Judge.

On 28 January 1991 plaintiff sustained a back injury while working as a “rewinder helper” for defendant Federal Paper Board Company, Inc. Plaintiff was out of work until 6 February 1991. The parties entered into a Form 21 Agreement, which compensated plaintiff for a five percent permanent partial disability of the back. Plaintiff worked from 6 February until 16 July 1991 with no complaints, but then had a flare-up of a long-standing gout problem. Plaintiff saw a doctor and was out of work because of the gout until 22 July 1991. Plaintiff had no further complaints until September…
