Plaintiff Kathryn M. Smith filed this employment discrimination action against defendants Capitol City Club of Montgomery, its manager, Timothy Shepardson, and its parent corporation, Club Corporation of America. She alleges that the defendants discriminated against her in the terms and conditions of her employment and in discharging her without good cause because she became pregnant. Smith brings this lawsuit pursuant to Title VII of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, 42 U.S.C.A. §§ 2000e through 2000e-17, as amended by the Civil Rights Act of 1991, 42 U.S.C.A.…
