The Board of Education of Community Unit School District No. 337 (Southeastern) appeals from a circuit court order which affirmed an administrative order of the Regional Board of School Trustees of Hancock / McDonough Counties (Regional Board or Board). The Regional Board’s order granted a petition to detach certain territory from Southeastern for annexation to Community Unit School District No. 338 (District 338).
