Defendant was convicted in the Hennepin County District Court of aggravated sodomy in violation of Minn.St. 609.293, subd. 2, and he appeals from the judgment entered. We affirm.

The complainant gave the following version of the incident. At approximately 7:25 p. m. on Monday, January 6, 1975, she was waiting for a bus at 25th Street and Henne-pin Avenue in Minneapolis.
