Appeal from an order of the Family Court of St. Lawrence County (Rogers, J.), entered September 6, 2013, which granted petitioner’s application, in two proceedings pursuant to Family Ct Act article 6, for modification of a prior order of custody.
The parties are the parents of a son (born in 2007).
