BROWN, J.;

This case is before us on motion to dismiss an appeal from a decree rendered by the Circuit Court of Dade County. The motion to dismiss alleged that the decree appealed from was dated June 6, 1945 and that the entry of appeal was not filed with the clerk of the Circuit Court of Dade County until August 6, 1945, thus indicating that sixty one days had elapsed from the date of the decree until the filing of notice of appeal.
