Judgment, Supreme Court, New York County (Robert Haft, J.), rendered May 17,1989, convicting defendant, upon his plea of guilty, of criminal possession of a weapon in the third degree (Penal Law § 265.02) and sentencing him, as a violent predicate felon, to an indeterminate term of 2Vz to 5 years’ imprisonment, unanimously affirmed.
