Appeal from that part of a judgment of the Supreme Court at Special Term (Conway, J.), entered May 22, 1985 in Ulster County, which dismissed petitioners’ application, in a proceeding pursuant to CPLR article 78, to review respondent’s determination sustaining the suspensions from school of petitioner Susan Underwood.
