OPINION
SUTTON, Circuit Judge.
William Lindsey challenges a district court decision rejecting his proposed *858Chapter 11 reorganization plan. Because we lack jurisdiction over his appeal from this non-final order, we must dismiss the appeal.
Lindsey filed a voluntary petition for relief under Chapter 11 of the Bankruptcy Code in April 2010. His reorganization plan identified twelve classes of creditors.
