Design Home Remodeling Corporation (“Design Home”) appeals from an order denying its motion for attorney’s fees pursuant to a proposal for settlement. For the reasons that follow, we affirm.
FACTS AND BACKGROUND
In December 2007, Rene Santana (“Santana”) slipped and fell on premises owned by Flanco Condominium Association, Inc. (“Flanco”). In May 2009, Santana and Maritza Torres (“Torres”), Santana’s wife, filed a premises liability action against Flanco, alleging negligent maintenance.
