This is an appeal from a judgment of permanent injunction issued by a single justice enjoining Cumberland Farms Northern, Inc., hereafter called Cumberland, from issuing and delivering certain coupons given on the sale of Cumberland’s milk and redeemable in cash in the event that price-fixing by the Maine Milk Commission, hereafter called the Commission, be declared unconstitutional.
