On April 18, 1985, Oakland County Circuit Court Judge Robert L. Templin entered an order granting defendant Secretary of State’s motion for accelerated judgment on the ground that the circuit court lacked subject-matter jurisdiction over plaintiff Recall Blanchard Committee’s complaint for delaratory relief. Plaintiff appeals as of right from the grant of accelerated judgment and from the trial court’s denial of plaintiff’s motion for reconsideration. We affirm.
